This policy describes the intended practices of the Told By Major website. Email signup requires confirmation before a subscription becomes active. This is an informational draft, not a substitute for a legal review.

Information you provide

If you use the email signup after activation, we collect the email address you submit to manage studio announcements. The signup backend is designed to store addresses in a Cloudflare KV database, initially marked pending confirmation. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend after a visitor opts in.

The contact page currently opens your own email app; it does not submit messages to the website. Any information you send through your email provider is handled by that provider.

Hosting and technical data

The website is hosted using Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, and security data to deliver and protect the website under its own applicable policies.

How information is used

Information is intended for requested announcements, communication, website operation, and security. We do not currently offer member accounts, online purchases, or payment processing on this website.

Sharing and retention

We do not intend to sell subscriber email addresses. Service providers involved in hosting and any future email delivery may process information to provide those services. We retain active subscriber information to provide requested updates and a limited suppression record when someone unsubscribes. Contact us to request deletion.

Your choices

Do not submit an email address unless you want studio updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. For privacy questions, visit our contact page.

We may revise this policy when new features, providers, or practices are introduced. The updated date will change accordingly.
